A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus works best. Front-facing or slight side angles tend to give the best results. Don't worry if you're unsure, if the photo you upload isn't workable, we'll reach out and ask for another one before we do anything. Will it actually look like my pet?

Yes, that's the whole point. Our artists work from your photo to capture your pet's actual face, expression, and features. You'll receive a design preview by email before we start production, so you can see exactly how it looks and request any changes before we print a thing. Just keep an eye on your inbox, if we don't hear back within 48 hours, we'll go ahead and start production.

How long does it take to arrive?

Your design preview is ready within 1 to 2 days. Once you approve it, production takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery within the US is typically 5 to 7 business days after that. International orders vary by destination.

We carefully check every order before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.
