Will it really look like my pet?

Yes. That's our obsession. We work from your photo and focus on the little details, such as: markings, eyes, ears, expression. All, so you can recognize your pet, not "a generic dog/cat".

What if I don’t like the artwork? Do I get a revision?

Yes! Every customer receives one free revision. However, this only applies for our embroidered apparel products.

Once our team finishes your design, we’ll email the preview to you first. Production will only begin after you confirm that you’re happy with it.
If we don’t receive a reply, we’ll automatically move forward after 3 days to avoid delays.
 

If your artwork or embroidery preview isn’t what you expected, just let us know, we’ll adjust it for you completely free of charge.
 

Your pet deserves to look perfect, and we want you to love the final design before anything is embroidered or printed. Your order won’t move forward until you’re 100% happy. 🐾💛

Is this a good idea for someone who's grieving?

How long does it take?

Because each piece is custom-designed and created with care, there is a little wait. You'll see the current estimate at checkout before you order, so there are no surprises for birthdays or holidays. If there are any delays, you will be updated via mail.

Is it worth the price?

If you’re after a quick, cheap option, we won’t be the right choice.
