Returns & Refund Policy
At Paws Enjoy, every product is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care with every order, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@pawsenjoy.com with your order number and a photo and/or video clearly showing the issue. Once we've reviewed your case, we will offer one of the following at your preference: a replacement product, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. You can create a request here.

Items reported outside of the 14-day window may not be eligible for a resolution.

Design Approval
Because every custom design is approved by you before production begins, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on the outcome of an approved design. Please review your preview carefully before giving the green light, once approved, production begins immediately.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on any personalized or custom-made items, sale items, or gift cards.

Cancelations
Every order can be cancelled within one hour of placing it by contacting us at support@pawsenjoy.com or by filling in our contact form here. Please include your order number in the email. After this window, cancellation is no longer possible, as our artists begin work on your custom order immediately. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund.
