What makes Paws Enjoy different from other custom pet stores?
Every piece we create is made to order and personalized specifically for your pet. For most products, you'll receive a design preview before we start production so you can feel confident it looks right before we make it. We put the same care into every order because we know how much it means to get it right.
How does the design approval process work?
Once you place your order and upload your photo, our team creates a custom design based on your pet. You'll receive a preview by email before we start production. If it looks right, you approve it and we get to work. For simple name or paw print products we go straight to production since there's no custom illustration involved.
What if I forget to approve my design?
If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours of sending your preview, we'll go ahead and start production.
What if my photo isn't good enough?
Don't worry. If the photo you upload isn't clear enough to work with, we'll reach out and ask for a better one before we do anything. We'd rather ask than guess.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are produced within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the time of the year. Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
International orders are shipped worldwide, though shipping times and costs may vary by destination.
United States: 5-7 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and fully secure.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is protected with industry standard encryption. You can also pay via PayPal or Apple Pay if you prefer not to enter your card details directly.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate email when your design preview is ready for approval.
Order Returns
Can I return my order?
Because every product is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns. If your product arrives damaged or faulty however, we'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing store credit depending on your preference. Additional shipping costs may apply.
What if I'm not happy with how my customization turned out?
Since every custom design is approved by you before we start production, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements based on the outcome of an approved design. We encourage you to review your preview carefully before approving. Once you give the green light, production begins immediately.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo/video of the damage and your order number. We'll assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
