You can request edits and we'll adjust until it feels right. Once you approve it, we go to production. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending your preview, we'll go ahead and start production, so keep an eye on your inbox.
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus works best. Front-facing or slight side angles tend to give the best results. Don't worry if you're unsure, if the photo you upload isn't workable, we'll reach out and ask for another one before we do anything. A photo guide is also visible within the order customization options above.

You'll receive a design preview by email before we start production, so you can see exactly how it looks and request any changes before we print a thing.
