Processing & Production
Every Paws Enjoy product is made to order. Once you place your order and upload your photo, our team creates your custom design and sends you a preview by email for approval. This typically takes 1–2 business days. Once you approve your design, production begins and is usually completed within 1–3 business days depending on the time of year.

For simple products such as name prints or paw prints, we skip the approval step and go straight to production.

Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5–7 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $119.95. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
You can also preview shipping rates in the cart drawer by entering your country and ZIP code.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
