Customization policy

At Paws Enjoy, every product is made specifically for you based on the photo you provide. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

You are responsible for uploading a clear, high-quality photo of your pet. If the photo you upload isn't suitable to work with, we will reach out and ask for a better one before proceeding. We would rather ask than guess.

For most products, you will receive a design preview by email before we begin production. Please review it carefully, this is your opportunity to make sure everything looks right. Once you approve your design, production begins immediately and no further changes can be made.

If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours of sending your preview, we will proceed with production using the current design.

For simple products such as name prints or paw prints and mugs that already show a preview, no preview is required and we go straight to production.

Once you have approved your design, we are unable to make changes, offer refunds, or issue replacements based on the outcome. We encourage you to take your time reviewing your preview before giving the green light.

If you are unsure about anything before or after placing your order, please reach out before approving your design.
