When placing your order, personalize it with your pet's photo, name, or both depending on the product. For photo based products, upload a clear image of your pet. Not sure which one to use? Submit multiple and our team will pick the best one.

Our team hand draws a custom design based on your pet's photo, capturing the details that make them unique. Every design is created with care.
You approve the design
Nothing moves forward without your approval
Before we print anything, you will receive a preview of your portrait by email. Love it? Just reply with your approval and we'll get to work. Want any tweaks? Let us know and we will adjust it until it is perfect. To keep things moving, orders with no reply within 48 hours will automatically move into production.
Checked with care
Every order is inspected before it ships
Before your order is packaged, every detail is checked by hand. We look at the print quality, the personalization and the finish. If something isn't right, we fix it before it ever reaches you. Only once we're satisfied does your order get packed and sent on its way.
Made and shipped to you
Your order is officially on its way
Once you've approved your design, your order is carefully produced and quality checked before being packaged and shipped straight to your door. Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Now all that's left is to enjoy it yourself or surprise someone who deserves it.
